In order to use Voye's eSIMs, your device must be eSIM compatible.
You can find a list of supported devices here.
There are 2 more ways to know if your device is supported:
1. You can check in your device if you have an option to add an eSIM:
Android Devices:
Click on "Settings" > "Connections" > "SIM Manager".
If you see an option to add an eSIM, your device is supported.
IOS Devices:
Click on: "Settings" > "Cellular".
If you see an option to add an eSIM, your device is supported.
2. You can open the Keypad on your Phone and "dial" *#06#.
If your device supports eSIMs, you will see an EID number:
If you don't have an EID number, your device doesn't support eSIMs and unfortunately it isn't possible to use our services. In this case, we recommend checking if you have another device at home that does support eSIMs to use abroad.
